Abstract
The editors of this journal held a roundtable in the Moscow Oblast Dep artment of Education, with the participation of department administrat ors, heads of city and raion departments and administrations, and dire ctors of educational institutions in the Moscow area. Discussion topic s included problems of administration; the regional program for the de velopment of education; innovative endeavors in the schools, gymnasium s, and lyceums; primary professional education; and other matters.
