Abstract
This report describes a case of reversible asoospermia in a patient treated with hydroxyurea. This occurrence has not been previously documented in pa tients with sickle cell disease. We suggest that patients treated with this therapy should be informed of this potential side effect and that they sho uld be given the necessary clinical follow-up investigations.
