Abstract
The dependence of the concentration of network junction points, as determin ed by equilibrium swelling ratio, in an SKTV-shch siloxane rubber and silox ane rubber-silicon dioxide formulations on the dose of ionizing radiation w as investigated. The radiation-chemical yield of crosslinking was shown to increase with increasing the filler content. This result was tentatively ex plained by reducing the molecular mobility of the rubber chains adsorbed at the surface of silicon dioxide particles.
