Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyse the correlations between convection fluctuations and segregation in the crystal during solidification in the h orizontal Bridgman configuration. The effects of both the amplitude and the frequency of the convection velocity oscillations on the axial and radial segregation will be determined.
