Aim. To study effect of water soluble antioxidant histochrome on the state
of myocardial electrical stability of patients with ischemic heart disease
during aortocoronary bypass surgery. Results end conclusion. The use of int
ravenous histochrome in preoperative management and its inclusion in cardio
plegic solution during surgery facilitate normalization of electromechanica
l coupling in myocardial cells, effective lowering of frequency and severit
y of reperfusion arrhythmias and diminution of requirements in hemodynamic
support in postoperative period.
