Doubly charged Higgs s-channel resonances are analyzed in the e(-)e(-)
W-W- process. In our analysis a recent stringent constraint on an eff
ective neutrino mass [m(n)u] coming from neutrinoless double-beta deca
y is implemented. It is shown that due to a very restrictive limit on
[m(n)u] the doubly charged Higgs resonance predicted by the Standard M
odel with additional Higgs triplets is below the detection limit. For
the same reason also the Delta(L)(--) resonance cannot be visible in t
he framework of the conventional Left-Right symmetric model. The situa
tion is quite different for the Delta(R)(--) pole and large signal is
possible here. Contributions of the s, t and u channels to the cross s
ection around the Delta(R)(--) peak are also discussed. (C) 1997 Elsev
