Abstract
Many mechanisms have been proposed for the positive effects of monoclonal a ntibodies in cancer therapy. New data indicate that both the variable, anti gen-binding region of an antibody and the Fc region are capable of influenc ing anti-cancer immunity (pages 443-446).
