Abstract
In this paper; the stereochemical resolution of racemic cyclohexane-l,2-dia mine platinum(II) dimyristates on chiral stationary phases (CSP) is describ ed. These CSP are Pirkle phases chiral column (Sumichiral(R) OA-2500, 3100, 3200, 3300, 4000, 3100). Among them, the Sumichiral(R) OA-2500 column gave the best results. The effects of the temperature and mobile phase composit ion as well as the hydrophobicity of the analytes on the chromatographic se paration are described.
