Abstract
Chromium determination in enzymatic hydrolysates soils and plants has been performed bq classical methods (volumetric analysis, UV-VIS spectrophotomet ry,) and also by direct current plasma spectrometry (DCP). DCP chromium det ermination on a Beckman apparatus at lambda = 358,769 nm lead to values ran ging between 13 mg/kg -350 mg/kg for soils and between I mug/kg and 62 mug/ kg for the studied plants.
