Abstract
Determination of ST-segment resolution 60 minutes after the administration of thrombolytic therapy allows accurate risk stratification for mortality a nd congestive heart failure. Patients with complete ST resolution at 60 min utes tended to be at lower risk for 30-day mortality than patients with com plete ST resolution at 90 minutes.
