This is a presentation of a unique case of cardiac pheochromocytoma during pregnancy. The case is significant because pheochromocytoma is a difficult diagnosis and its rarity during pregnancy may lead to this important diagno sis being overlooked, even though treatment is specific and highly successf ul.
