Abstract
Two new species of Allocapnia in the recta complex are described, Allocapni a sequatchie n. sp. and A. starki n. sp. from Tennessee and Mississippi, re spectively. Descriptions are supported by illustrations and scanning electr on photomicrographs. Additionally, scanning electron photomicrographs of an A. recta X loshada hybrid from southwestern Virginia are presented.
