Abstract
Amorphous phosphorus nitride (P3N5) has been synthesized from the reaction
of PCl5 and NaN3 in an autoclave at 190-300 degreesC. XPS, IR and TEM revea
led that the product was amorphous P3N5 with flake-like morphology. The inf
luences of experimental conditions were discussed.
