Wr report a case of a 46-year-old man who presented with a chest wall tumor
in the right hemithorax. He underwent thoracotomy to remove the mass, whic
h was found to be an arteriovenous hemangioma arising from the intercostal
muscle. Arteriovenous hemangioma is a rare tumor and chest wall is an extre
mely rare site for this tumor. This tumor should be considered in the diffe
rential diagnosis of the chest wall tumors. Complete surgical excision offe
