1,2,3-TRIAZOLO[4,5-D]PYRIDAZINES

This review reports a chronologically complete examination of the lite rature concerning the 1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-d]pyridazines till 1996. This class of heterocyclic compounds had been sufficiently studied from a chemical and physico-chemical point of view, whilst their biological a nd/or pharmacological properties were very little known. Recent studie s have shown a high affinity and selectivity toward the adenosine Al r eceptorial subtype of some 1-benzyl- and 4-aminosubstituted-1,2,3-tria zolo[4,5-d]pyridazine derivatives.
