Abstract
Congenital cholesteatoma may arise in the petrous apex, mastoid, middle ear , or external auditory canal. The least common site being the mastoid proce ss. We present one case of primary mastoid cholesteatoma confirmed by clini cal examination, surgical findings and radiological evaluation.
