Abstract
We describe a patient with hip pain who had a painful solitary pelvic bone lesion with a lytic, permeative appearance and minimal periosteal reaction, despite a relatively large soft tissue mass. Histologic examination and th orough evaluation revealed this solitary tumor to be a primary non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma of the bone.
