Abstract
The levels of four selected toxic elements; namely, chromium, copper, iron and zinc in various brands of water-based paints manufactured in Pakistan a re reported The analysis was done using the name Atomic Absorption Spectrop hotometric method. The concentration of iron was especially high in all the paints under investigation.
