Abstract
Dielectric, pyroelectric and dilatometric investigations of paraferroe lectric phase transition under influence of bias pooling de field rang ing from 0 to 600 kV/m have been performed for DMAGaS crystal. The lin ear shift of T-c1 towards higher temperature in all these experiments was observed. The obtained from experimental data dT(c1)/dE is equal t o 2.2.10(-6) K/V. Results of the measurements confirmed the first-orde r character of the phase transition at T-c1.
