Abstract
It will be shown that emulsions can be mass produced and automatically scan ned in large quantities. CHORUS demonstrated the first large-scale applicat ion. Emulsions can be used to search for rare events in a high track densit y environment like DONUT. Heavy target masses as in OPERA are possible. The use of emulsions is getting more and more easier.
