Abstract
Metastasis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) to the penis or spermatic cor d is rare. We present an unusual case of initial metastasis to the cor d with delayed involvement of the penis. This is the first report of m etachronous involvement of the genitalia from RCC metastases.
