Abstract
A 12-year-old girl with bladder hemangioma presenting with massive hem aturia is described. The patient was previously operated for removal o f cystic hygroma from the chest wall. The association of those two pat hological entities suggests possible common etiology and pathogenesis and the various therapeutic options are reviewed.
