Abstract
We study the effects of two dynamical sea quarks on the spectrum of heavy q uarkonia. Within the non-relativistic approach to lattice QCD we find sizab le changes to the hyperfine splitting, but we do not observe any changes fo r the fine structure. We also investigate the scaling behavior of our resul ts for several different lattice spacings.
