The Endoventricular Circular Patch Plasty technique, developed to reorganiz
e the left ventricular cavity after post-ischemic modification, is describe
d as it has been used since 1984. Experience of more than 900 cases demonst
rates the efficiency of the technique in terms of left ventricular shape, l
eft ventricular performances and long-term clinical results. Particular att
ention is focused on very large asynergia with congestive heart failure.
