Pour new C-glucopyranosides of resveratrol oligomers, hemsleyanosides A-D,
were isolated from the bark of Shorea hemslyana. The structures were establ
ished on the basis of spectroscopic evidence, including H-1-H-1 and H-1-C-1
3 long-range couplings and nuclear Overhauser effect experiments in the NMR
spectrum.
