Abstract
Testosterone therapy can improve quality of life in aging men because aging is accompanied by declining testosterone levels that may contribute to dec reases in muscle mass, bone density, libido, stamina, and cognition. Hypogo nadal men can be identified by a test for bioavailable testosterone or by a free testosterone assay that uses dialysis or ultracentrifugation methods.
