Abstract
Three-dimensional respiratory-gated coronary MR angiography (MRA) allowed a ccurate On analysis of the anatomy of the coronary structures in two patien ts with anatomic structures in two patients with anomalous origin and proxi mal course of the coronary vessels. and their Together with functional test s it decisively influenced further therapy.
