Abstract
We report paternity by assisted fertilization in 3 highly oligospermic pati ents with stage-I unilateral testicular germ cell tumor and contralateral c arcinoma in situ, If such patients plan future paternity, surveillance is t he optimal treatment allowing maximal recovery of spermatogenesis after orc hiectomy.
