Abstract
The biochemical analysis (i.e.) proteins, carbohydrates and lipids have bee n estimated quantitatively in different tissues such as haemolymph, hepatop ancreas, ovary and spermatheca of normal-untreated, saline and 5-hydroxytry ptamine treated crabs. The mobilization of these organic compounds are clea rly discussed.
