Abstract
We reviewed 14 cases of intracranial hydatid cysts, describing the clinical features and radiographic findings. The clinical presentation was dominate d by sings of increased intracranial pressure and neurological manifestatio ns. Diagnosis was established on the basis of CT findings, most valuable as a diagnostic tool.
