Abstract
Two cases of colorectal carcinoma complicating Crohn's disease are reported and the relevant literature is reviewed. It is important to be aware of th is increasing complication and the specific group of patients at risk. Spec ial attention to possible malignant transformation could lead to earlier di agnosis and treatment.
