Abstract
A prototype capacitor-type humidity sensor was designed and fabricated by a layer-by-layer self-assembling technique. The sensor consists of a self-as sembled electrically conductive polyaniline film and an insulating polyelec trolyte film which act as the top electrode and the dielectric layer, respe ctively.
