Abstract
Human ovarian tissue consisting of stroma, pre-granulosa cells and oocytes,
has been frozen using a variety of cooling rates and dehydration regimens.
The differential survival of the various cell types under these conditions
highlights the difficulty in defining optimum protocols for the cryopreser
