Dielectric properties of the Na1-xLixNbO3Na1-xKxNbO3, and Na1-xPbxNb1-xTixO
3 systems have been studied in the Frequency range from 120 Hz to 20 kHz. A
considerable dispersion of the dielectric constant in the antiferroelectri
c solid solutions is established, which indicates the possible formation of
ferroelectric clusters in the antiferroelectric matrix. When the probing f
ield frequency decreases in the range of low x values, the temperature curv
es of the dielectric constant acquire some relaxation extrema. It is sugges
ted that the observed effects are caused by oxygen vacancies. (C) 2000 MAIK
