Abstract
Acute coronary syndromes result in a global impairment of coronary blood fl ow with nonculprit artery blood flow being associated with culprit artery f low and vice versa. Improvements in nonculprit artery flow are related to i mprovements in culprit artery flow after percutaneous intervention; nonculp rit arteries with abnormal flow sustain greater improvements in their flow after culprit artery intervention.
