Unilocular cervical lymphatic lesions are rare clinical entities. These end
othelial-lined, fluid-filled structures must be distinguished from true cys
ts (epithelial lining), and pseudocysts (no cellular lining). This article
presents a case report of a unilocular cervical lymphatic cyst in an adult.
The embryology and anatomy of the cervical lymphatic system is discussed.
