Abstract
The Franck-Condon factors and r-centroids, which are very closely related t o relative vibrational transition probabilities, have been evaluated by the more reliable numerical integration procedure for the bands of c(1) Sigma - a(1) Sigma and f(1) Sigma - a(1) Sigma systems of CN+ and C-2 Sigma (+)(u ) - X-2 Sigma (+)(g) and D-2 Pi (g) - A(2) Pi (u) systems of N-2(+) molecul ar ions of astrophysical interest, using a suitable potential.
