Inhomogeneous model with cosmological term

In this paper, by allowing both pressure and curvature, we exhibit some pro perties of the cosmological models with varying cosmological term in the fr amework of the Lemaitre-Tolman-Bond (LTB) metric. For the preceding conside ration we derive from Einstein's equations (EFE's) a homogeneous and inhomo geneous solutions. The evolution of these models is exhibited. We also derive another class of solutions that give the asymptotically to e xponential `inflation' type model at the infinity.
