In this paper, by allowing both pressure and curvature, we exhibit some pro
perties of the cosmological models with varying cosmological term in the fr
amework of the Lemaitre-Tolman-Bond (LTB) metric. For the preceding conside
ration we derive from Einstein's equations (EFE's) a homogeneous and inhomo
geneous solutions. The evolution of these models is exhibited.
We also derive another class of solutions that give the asymptotically to e
xponential `inflation' type model at the infinity.
