Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare disease that most commonly involve
s the lung. However, extrapulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis rarely occurs
with or without subsequent involvement of the lung. We report a case of inc
identally found renal and pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis in a patient w
