In this report, we describe a patient who developed a marginal ulcer on the oral side of the gastrojejunal anastomosi s after Jejunal ulcer; proximal gastrectomy by jejunal interposition. This Proximal case serves as a reminder that gastric acid secretion of the remna nt stomach must be carefully monitored after proximal gastrectomy in gastri c cancer surgery.
