Abstract
In recent years, substantial progress Iras been made towards understanding the molecular basis for CDS binding to class I MHC and the coreceptor's rol e in cytotoxic T-cell activation, Here, we review th structural, mechanisti c and functional studies that point to a model of coordination of T-cell re ceptor and CDS signaling that might provide the key to cytotoxic T-cell act ivation.
