Abstract
Characteristics of the pulse amplitude distribution in the ionization fissi on chambers (IFC) used in the protection control system of the RBMK nuclear reactor were studied experimentally. The obtained results were used to opt imize IFC parameters and for the interoperational monitoring of IFC.
