Abstract
The optical circuit and power source of a Gamma OC-301 laser were modified so that the laser is capable of generating quasi-continuous (modulation dep th of <30%) light pulses with a variable duration of 0.5 to 10 ms and a uni form intensity distribution over the beam cross section.
