Abstract
We have used a 2.5 kA/cm(2) standard Nh junction technique to fabricate sup erconducting driver circuits and here present experimental results. The dri ver consists of 16 resistively shunted stacked junctions and an input junct ion. It is capable of converting a single Bur quantum pulse to 10 mV at 3 G Hz, and 7 mV at 10GHz. The driver is thus a potential high-speed output int erface between superconducting single-flux-guantum (SFQ) systems and room-t emperature semiconductor systems.
