Abstract
The synthesis of octakis(2,3-di-O-propionyl-6-O-tert-buytldimethylsilyl)-ga mma -cyclodextrin and its use as chiral stationary phase in capillary gas c hromatography is described. Separation factors and thermodynamic parameters of several chiral compounds on two columns with different cyclodextrin con tent and different polysiloxanes as diluting phase are investigated.
