Abstract
The new olefinic substituted aminodisilanes, which are obtained from t
he reaction of organometallic reagents with aminochlorodisilanes, are
converted into the chlorodisilanes by equilibration reactions or treat
ment with HCl. The resulting olefinic functionalized disilanes are ide
ntified by means of Si-29, C-13, H-1 NMR and GC MS measurements. (C) 1
