Abstract
The electronic structure of La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) has been revealed by a seri es of photoemission spectroscopic studies. The unusual electronic states in the underdoped regime are attributed to the large and small pseudogap form ation, which has been observed in other high-T-C cuprates, and stripe fluct uations, which are particularly pronounced in LSCO.
