Abstract
For comparison, measurements in transmission mode of some laser ablated fil m and pyrolysis-film resonators are carried out. Typical responses are pres ented. Keeping the same geometric parameters for all measured films, values of unload quality factor and surface resistance of the films are calculate d from the data.
