The norma state transport properties of as-grown Nd2-xCexCuO4 single crysta
ls with x=0; 0.13; 0.17; 0.18 are investigated in temperature range 1.7 K l
ess than or equal to T less than or equal to 300 K and at the magnetic fiel
d up to B = 5 T. It was found that the increase of the Ce-content leads to
the change of the conduction law from semiconductor-like behaviour for undo
ped Nd2CuO4 to metallic-like for overdoped single crystals. Anisotropic neg
ative magnetoresistance together with non-metallic behaviour (rho (T) simil
ar to ln T) at low temperatures of the in-plane resistivity demonstrates 2D
(or anisotropic 3D) weak localization effect for the as-grown single cryst
als.
