A. Bramon et E. Shabalin, A RELATION BETWEEN THE ELECTRIC-DIPOLE MOMENTS OF THE NEUTRON AND THEELECTRON IN 2-HIGGS-DOUBLET MODELS, Physics letters. Section B, 404(1-2), 1997, pp. 115-118
We study a possible relation between the neutron and electron electric
dipole moments (EDM) in the framework of the Two-Higgs-Doublet Model
which has been proposed to explain why the t-quark is much heavier tha
n all other known quarks and leptons. If there is no especial fine-tun
ing between the CP-violating parameters of the model, the experimental
limit on the neutron EDM, d(n)(EXP) less than or equal to 1.1.10(-25)
e.cm, implies d(e) less than or equal to 2.10(-28) ecm for the electr
on EDM. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
